3. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Products and Orders

• All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided by sellers and may contain inaccuracies.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
• Product availability is subject to change without notice.
• Colors and appearance of products may vary from what is displayed on your screen.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in the local currency unless otherwise stated.
• Prices do not include shipping fees, taxes, or customs duties unless explicitly stated.
• Payment must be completed before order processing.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and seller processing time.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Return and refund policies are determined by individual sellers in accordance with TimorShop's marketplace policies. Buyers may request returns within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase. Refunds will be processed according to the seller's return policy and TimorShop's dispute resolution process.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

All content on TimorShop, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of TimorShop or its content providers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

TimorShop acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimorShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between buyers and sellers should first be attempted to be resolved through our in-app messaging system. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may request TimorShop's mediation. These Terms are governed by the laws of Timor-Leste.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
